3D Wall Panels & Wood Slat Walls in Ottawa–Gatineau

We design and install 3D wall panels (paint-grade MDF, low-maintenance PVC and peel-&-stick options), wood slat walls, fluted/ribbed panels, and acoustic wood panels with felt backing. We also do stair wall paneling (traditional wainscoting or modern vertical slats), matching corner trims/boards, and LED backlit feature walls. Pricing depends on size (m²), pattern/material (MDF, PVC, oak/walnut slats, acoustic felt), complexity (corners, outlets, stairs) and finishing (paint/enamel or stain). As a guide: small feature walls often start around a few hundred dollars in materials + install; larger slat/fluted walls or acoustic panels are typically quoted per linear metre. We always provide a fixed, written quote with inclusions/exclusions and a clear timeline. 

Most feature walls install in 1–2 days including prep and caulking. Stair wall paneling or LED integrations may require 2–3 days for precise miters, electrical coordination and finishing coats. We work dust-controlled, protect floors/furniture and keep you updated with a short daily plan so you know exactly what’s next.

Yes. Felt-backed acoustic wood panels absorb mid/high frequencies and break up reflections. We map first-reflection points, calculate recommended coverage (%) and place panels on the right surfaces (often opposite glass or hard floors). The result is a noticeable drop in room echo—ideal for offices, meeting rooms, condos and home theatres—without a “studio” look.

Absolutely. We design LED backlit feature walls with safe cable routes, diffuser gaps and serviceable access. Choose warm/neutral white or RGB, and pair with a dimmer or smart switch via your electrician. Backlit wood slat walls and fluted panels create a premium focal point for TV walls, headboards and reception areas.

Yes—this is one of our specialties. Stair wall paneling requires tight miters, consistent reveals and clean terminations at nosings/landings. We use matching corner trims/boards or hidden returns so the geometry reads perfectly as you move up/down the stairs. We can coordinate with Stairs & Railings for a seamless look. 

Options include oak, walnut, painted MDF, PVC and acrylic wall panels depending on budget and moisture. Finishes range from natural stain/clear (oak/walnut) to low-VOC enamel paint (Benjamin Moore / Sherwin-Williams). We colour-match trims, seal edges, and can extend into slat ceilings for a fully wrapped effect.

Yes. We work within strata rules (elevators, hours), use low-odor products and keep noise and dust to a minimum. TV walls, entry features and acoustic upgrades are popular in condos. If required, we can schedule after-hours and coordinate with building management for moves and protection. 

We do. Slat ceilings or partial wrap-ups create a high-end look and help with acoustics in open spaces. We plan around lights, sprinklers and vents, maintain correct spacing, and finish edges with clean trims or shadow gaps. Great for hallways, dining areas and commercial reception zones.

Use a microfiber duster or soft cloth; spot-clean with mild, non-abrasive cleaners. Avoid steel wool or harsh solvents on wood/composite. For stained oak/walnut we recommend periodic wipe-downs and avoiding prolonged moisture. We provide a care sheet at handover, and touch-ups are easy with our paint/stain specs on file.
